Personal Experience & Biography

Jack counsels clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. He focuses on understanding each client’s unique business needs and tailoring advice to advance short and long-term organizational interests while limiting risk exposure.
Jack regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including entity formation, the preparation of operating agreements, partnership agreements, contribution and distribution agreements, the negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts, and equity grants. His practice includes advising buyers and sellers on small to mid-size M&A transactions in a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Jack’s experience also entails real estate and lending transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real property.
Jack joined McCarthy Duffy as an associate in January of 2026. Before joining McCarthy Duffy, Jack was a corporate associate at an Am Law 200 law firm. Jack is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame, Jack served as student manager for the men’s cross country and track programs and as an extern for the University of Notre Dame Athletic Department.
